The following terms used in these Terms and Conditions are defined as follows:

Registration Terms

Withdrawal Terms

• Account verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account in your own name that has been verified.
• Wagering requirements must be met before winnings from bonuses can be withdrawn.
• If fraud is suspected, 8up88 reserves the right to suspend or cancel withdrawals.
• It is recommended to use the same method for both deposits and withdrawals.

Welcome Bonus Terms

New members at 8up88 have the opportunity to receive a 200% bonus of up to ৳5,000 on their first deposit. The following conditions apply to receiving and using the bonus:

• The welcome bonus applies to the first deposit only.
• A 15x wagering requirement applies on the bonus amount.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit plus bonus.
• For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳2,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳3,000. To withdraw the bonus, you must wager ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000.
• Depositing ৳6,000 or more will earn the maximum bonus of ৳5,000 — total balance ৳11,000.

General Bonus Policy

• 8up88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel bonus offers at any time.
• Promotions cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.
• If a withdrawal is made before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Bonuses are not a cash equivalent and cannot be withdrawn directly.
• All bonuses have an expiry date, which will be stated in the bonus offer details.

VIP Tier Benefits & Terms

8up88's VIP program has 4 tiers. The weekly cashback rate differs for each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

• It is possible to advance to a higher VIP tier through regular play.
• Cashback is credited to your account at a set time each week.
• All general bonus terms and conditions apply to VIP benefits.
• 8up88 reserves the right to modify the rules of the VIP program.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 8up88 and may result in account suspension or termination:

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Misusing bonuses or promotional offers.
• Attempting to exploit the platform's software or algorithms to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Behaving disrespectfully toward other users or staff.
